Hello and Happy New Year! It has been a while since I've sold food, posted recipes, or even videos. It's been a hectic few months and I am now ready to get back into it. As I was cleaning out the refrigerator, I realized how much food we have. I LOVE grocery shopping and getting deals so I tend to buy a lot of food. So, I thought that I'd challenge myself for a month or 30 days... it's the mid-end of January so I shall start. I've lost motivation for a while and something just clicked and now I have it back. I want you guys to join me in this journey and also challenge yourself. What would you get out of it? Depends. For me, I want to eat out less and save money. Am I really going to be saving money? If so, how much? The answer to that is yes, I'll be saving A LOT of money. I am the type of person who looks at ads on a weekly basis and grocery shops very often. I can spend an easy $200/week and it's just the two of us. To put a limit on myself this month will help me in so many different ways. I know this will be fun, but I also know it will be challenging. If you're up for a challenge, join me! You don't have to do exactly what I'm doing but try to improve on something. It could be spending less money on takeout, not buying too many snacks, etc. I will be posting as many videos and recipes to share with you. Feel free to substitute ingredients, or omit them. As a reminder, recipes are only a guideline. You could always take things out or put things in, or even substitute. I will be done with the challenging on February 20th. Our anniversary and his birthday is coming up and we were planning to eat out... but maybe I could just whip something up at home... And just a heads up... I want to say sorry to family and friends if you get a simple "no" from me for the next few weeks. I'm just trying to do a little better for myself. Thank you for understanding! hehehe.
